Convercent Secures $11 Million in Series C Funding to Drive Compliance Innovation

Latest Round Led by Tola Capital With Participation From Sapphire Ventures and Other Existing Investors


DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Jun 7, 2016) - Convercent, the leading provider of enterprise compliance management software, today announced it has raised $11 million in Series C funding led by Tola Capital, which invests in the next generation of enterprise software companies, with participation from Sapphire Ventures and other existing investors. As part of the round, Stacey Giard, Chief Operating Officer and principal of Tola Capital, will join the company's board of directors. 

The latest round of funding will be used to enhance Convercent's predictive analytics and reporting to facilitate proactive compliance management, while expanding its global sales and marketing efforts.
